A law firm has acquired Neo Fm for 1 HUF (0.00345392325 Euros). The radio station has a HUF 600 million (~2 million €s) debt that will be transferred to the new owner if the Media Authority approves it.
According to rumours the law firm is backed by american capital. The contract will be finalised only if the Media Authority agrees that once the debt has been paid and a bank guarantees deposited it will allow the station broadcasting.
